What is the commission rate?
We pay 15% of the order total (excluding Shipping) on all completed orders
What happens if a paid order is cancelled or refunded.?
The order will be removed from your list of orders.
If you have already been paid the commission for that sale, the amount paid will be deducted from your current commission balance for your next commission payment.
When do orders show in my admin?
When an order is shipped it will be marked as complete and it will then show on your list.
Some orders are for custom made pieces so obviously they may take a while to appear.
Can I direct link to banners found here?
In the banners section you can direct link to the banners here. Just use the HTML - Generate function to create the HTML links you need. You can also download the images to your web site if you prefer.
Can I direct link images on your main web site?
No If you have been given permission to use an image from our main web site you must download it.
We change things around a lot on the site so linking to an image will quickly result in broken links on your web site.
Are Pay Pal, Gift Cards and Cheque by post the only payment methods?
We can also do bank transfer to a New Zealand bank account and will look into other arrangements on request.
Just choose the Cheque payment option then let us know what how you would like to be paid.
Can I be paid with carvings or store credit?
Choose the gift card option. Gift cards are like cash, you can spend them on anything, use them a bit at a time, give them away or add another payment to them for those bigger purchases.
Can I call my site "The Bone Art Place" or use your logo at the top of the page?
Absolutely not. Your site must be very clearly identifiable as yours and you must not use our trade name as a search term or key word in any search engine or as a meta tag in any web site.
If any of your pages may cause visitors to think they are at The Bone Art Place we will cancel your affiliate account immediately.
