Introduction



Welcome to the Recomaze Partner Program ("Program"). This Program is designed to foster strong relationships with influencers, marketing agencies, software developers, freelancers, and more. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (TOS). Please read them carefully.

Registration

• To join the Program, you must register as an affiliate with Recomaze by agreeing to these TOS, indicated by checking a checkbox on the registration page.
• A $500 sign-up bonus is awarded upon successful registration and acceptance into the Program.

Commissions and Payments

• Introduction Tier: Affiliates start at a 10% commission rate on recurring payments from referred clients.
• Performance Tiers:
• Silver Tier (12% Commission): Achieved with $1,000 to $5,000 in monthly recurring revenue from referrals.
• Gold Tier (15% Commission): Achieved with $5,001 to $10,000 in monthly recurring revenue from referrals.
• Platinum Tier (20% Commission): Achieved with over $10,000 in monthly recurring revenue from referrals.
• Payments are made monthly via bank transfer, with a default minimum payout of $1,000.

Affiliate Tracking and Obligations

• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their referral links are used by their referrals. Recomaze utilizes Affiliately as its affiliate tracking system.
• Affiliates must not engage in any deceptive practices or violate any laws or platform rules where they promote Recomaze.
• Affiliates are granted access to a resource library via Affiliately for promotional materials.

Cookie Duration

• The Program employs a 30-day cookie duration policy. Commissions are only earned if a referred visitor makes a purchase within 30 days from their initial visit via the affiliate's referral link.
• After the 30-day period, cookies expire, and subsequent purchases by the referred visitor are not credited to the affiliate.

Termination and Modification

• Recomaze reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the Program or modify these TOS at any time, with notice to the affiliate.
• Affiliates may terminate their participation in the Program at any time by notifying Recomaze.

Liability and Indemnification

• Recomaze shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Program.
• The affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Recomaze and its employees, representatives, and agents, from and against any damages, losses, liabilities, settlements, and expenses (including without limitation costs and attorneys' fees) in connection with any claim or action that arises from an alleged violation of these TOS or otherwise from the affiliate’s participation in the Program.

Governing Law

• These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Recomaze is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Acceptance

• By checking the checkbox on the registration page, you affirmatively agree to abide by and be bound by these TOS and any amendments or modifications hereto.
