​​Terms of The Juliet Pleasure Wand™ Affiliate Program:

• By registering as an affiliate in our program, you agree to market the Juliet Allen brand and products according to the application form and these standard terms. The registered Affiliate is solely responsible for ensuring they are aware of any changes to the Program Terms.
• To maintain an active Juliet Allen affiliate account, you’ll need to post on your social media channels at least 2 x a month.
• You also have the option to embed a permanent link on your website. This is optional.
• You may take images or videos of the products from our website to publish online and/or social media. If you publish any image or video created by Juliet Allen, you must provide accreditation to “Juliet Allen” by watermark, reference or tagging her official social media account.
• Please always refer to Juliet Allen products accurately as to how they appear on the website. 
• You agree to ensure that any content you share is a true and fair reflection of your opinion regarding a product; to provide true, fair and accurate information in your Review; and that you will not submit a Photo that may be deemed rude, offensive, unlawful and otherwise inappropriate, and you acknowledge that you have obtained the consent of any party in a Photo to submit the photo to us.
• You acknowledge that we may copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use any Rating, Review (including any Photo) on the website and any of our social media platforms.
• We reserve the right to require you to remove any images or videos that include the Products or remove any accreditation to us.
• To avoid doubt, we retain ownership of all materials (including images or videos) on or in our website, social media platforms or any other medium published by us, and you are not permitted to reproduce or publish that material without our written consent. 
• The commission you receive as an affiliate is intended solely for orders made by your friends, family, and community. It is not to be used for yourself and your own orders.
• The discount intended for your community should not be used for personal orders. Affiliates should only use their unique discount on products for their own use.
• Please reach out to us directly if you would like to use our product and brand name for anything outside the affiliate agreement or have a collaboration proposal. 
• Juliet Allen may terminate or Suspend the Affiliate immediately on written notice if the Affiliate breaches this Agreement.
