PERFECT BUTTER AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to the PerfectButter Affiliate Programme! By signing up and participating as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling in the program.

1. Affiliate Eligibility

• To be eligible for the Perfect Butter Affiliate Program, you must:
• Be 18 years or older.
• Own and operate a website, social media account, or other online channels relevant to PerfectButter’s brand.
• Not participate if you or your website engages in illegal, harmful, or offensive content or practices.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when signing up for the programme.
• Affiliates agree to actively promote PerfectButter products via their online channels through special affiliate links or coupon codes.
• Affiliates may not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about PerfectButter products.
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding marketing, advertising, and data protection, including the FTC Guidelines for affiliate marketing.

3. Affiliate Links and Promotions

• Affiliates will receive unique affiliate links to promote PerfectButter products.
• These links must be used as provided to ensure proper tracking of sales and commissions.
• Any sales made through these affiliate links will be credited to the affiliate, provided the customer does not use another promotion or affiliate code at the same time.
• Affiliates are prohibited from using PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, direct trademark bidding, or engaging in cookie-stuffing, spamming, or any unethical promotion methods.

4. Commission Structure

• Affiliates will receive a percentage commission on each sale made through their affiliate links or code.
• Commissions will only be paid out if the affiliate has earned a minimum balance of $185.
• If a customer requests a refund or the purchase is found to be fraudulent, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s account.

5. Tracking and Reporting

• Affiliates will have access to an online dashboard where they can track sales, commissions, and performance.
• All sales and commissions are tracked using cookies. If cookies are disabled on the customer’s device or removed before completing the purchase, the sale may not be tracked, and no commission will be credited.

6. Payments

• Commissions will be paid out monthly via bank transfer for NZ affiliates and Paypal for Australian affiliates.
• PerfectButter reserves the right to withhold commission payments if the affiliate violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or suspicious activity.

7. Termination

• Either party (PerfectButter or the affiliate) may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason, with or without cause, by providing 30 days written notice.
• PerfectButter reserves the right to terminate or suspend an affiliate account without notice if any breach of these terms occurs.
• Upon termination, any unpaid commissions owed to the affiliate will be paid, provided the affiliate is in good standing.

8. Modification of Terms

• PerfectButter reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email or the affiliate dashboard.
• Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

• Engage in any form of deceptive, unfair, or unethical practices, including but not limited to cookie stuffing, spamming, or unauthorized use of Perfect Butter intellectual property.
• Use paid ads or promotions that directly compete with PerfectButter’s own advertising campaigns or bid on branded terms (e.g., bidding on “PerfectButter” in Google Ads).
• Promote or link to competitors’ products on the same page as Perfect Butter promotions.

10. Confidentiality

• Affiliates agree not to disclose any confidential information regarding PerfectButter, its products, or the affiliate program, including pricing, product information, and marketing strategies.

11. Intellectual Property

• Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the PerfectButter brand, logo, and other marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting PerfectButter products under this program.
• Affiliates may not alter, modify, or use PerfectButter trademarks or materials in any misleading or defamatory way.

12. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Liability Limitation

• PerfectButter will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses incurred by the affiliate as a result of participation in the affiliate program.

14. Acceptance of Terms

• By signing up and participating in the PerfectButter Affiliate Program, affiliates acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them.
