5. Refunds and Returns

If a customer returns a product or receives a refund for a purchase made through your affiliate link, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your account.
If a commission has already been paid and the associated sale is later refunded, the refunded amount will be deducted from your future earnings.
Affiliates are encouraged to promote products accurately and transparently to reduce the likelihood of returns or disputes.

6. Restrictions

Affiliates are prohibited from:

Engaging in fraudulent activities, including self-referrals, fake sales, or misuse of promotional materials.
Using unauthorized advertising methods, such as spam emails or misleading advertisements.

7. Termination

Dr. Hart’s reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for violations of this agreement or unethical behavior. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
