Eagle Armorment Affiliate Program Terms of Service/Legal Agreement

By enrolling in the Eagle Armorment Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement ("Agreement"). Participation in the Program is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Affiliates are required to use only approved marketing materials and must not engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or prohibited practices, including but not limited to spam, false advertising, or misrepresentation of the Eagle Armorment brand. Commissions are earned based on qualifying sales made through your unique affiliate link and are subject to verification and approval by Eagle Armorment. Eagle Armorment reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the Program at its sole discretion for any violations of this Agreement or if your actions harm the brand's reputation. This Agreement may be updated periodically, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.
