Affiliate Marketing Agreement

1. Parties Involved This Affiliate Marketing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between Pink Lotus Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), located in [Florida, USA], and you (“User”), the affiliate marketer.

2. Purpose The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the User will promote all brands within the POMM suite of safety devices as an affiliate marketer.

3. Non-Employee Status The User acknowledges that they are not an employee, agent, or representative of the Company. This Agreement does not create any employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture between the Company and the User.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities The User agrees to promote the Company's products through approved marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, blogs, and websites. The User shall ensure that all marketing efforts comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Compensation The User will earn commission on sales generated through their unique affiliate links. The commission structure and payment terms will be provided in a separate document or online portal.

6. Term and Termination This Agreement is effective as of the date signed and will continue until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the User shall cease all promotional activities and remove all affiliate links.

7. Confidentiality The User agrees to keep confidential any and all information related to the Company's business, products, and services that is not publicly available.

8. Limitation of Liability The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Florida/United States).

10. Amendments Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

11. Acceptance By participating in the affiliate marketing program, the User acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

How long does it take to get signed up as an affiliate? Signing up is simple and takes 5 minutes.
Is there a term commitment or contract required to sign up? No contract or minimum length required to join our forces.
Can I share this offer with my associates or family members to sign up? Yes, we can get them their own link to share.
Where should I share this link? We recommend on any of your social media platforms.
Do I have to call you to find out how many sales have gone through with my link? No, you will have access you your own private dashboard to view all of your affiliate link purchases.
What if I no longer wish to be an affiliate? Simply notify us by email so we can remove you from our list of active affiliates.
What is the percent commission that I will receive from each sale? 7%
How and when do I get paid? We process direct deposit to your account and is paid out on the first week of the month for the previous months sales.
Can I promote outside of the USA? NO, this is a USA customer based promotion.
How many times can I share the link with my F&F? We have limited reserved links available, if we reach that maximum, then we may consider opening another pool of affiliates.
