Terms and Conditions

By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms:

1. Affiliate Status: You will be an independent affiliate and not an employee or partner of Mancini Business Consulting, LLC.
2. Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid once sales are confirmed. Payments will be made monthly.
3. Referral Tracking: You will be provided with a unique affiliate link for tracking purposes. It is your responsibility to use this link to promote our services.
4. Sales Thresholds: Your commission tier will be determined based on your monthly sales. If you fall within a higher tier, you will receive the corresponding commission rate for that tier for the entire month.
5. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates may not engage in fraudulent or misleading marketing tactics to generate sales. This includes but is not limited to click fraud, misrepresentation of services, or spamming.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice. Any unpaid commissions will be paid out at the time of termination.
7. Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
