I am happy to say, that from today, Affiliatly can be integrated with Magento.
We developed a plugin which integrates our service with your store.
You just need to create your Affiliatly’s account and select Magento as your framework (http://www.affiliatly.com/subscribe-choose-framework.html). Then from the Integration page in your admin, download the plugin and follow the steps.

Is it different? we cant even find the suggested folders to copy plugin and xml to..
