Greetings to our highly appreciated community!
As always, we are exhaustively working to make the best tool for you and continue being an incredible ally to grow your business. Here are the highlights of the results we bring you from our recent development efforts:
1. Affiliate API. Affiliates can go to their accounts profile, and see the Enable API option for getting their reports data via JSON
If you wish to get your account’s reports automatically, you can enable the API access for your account. After you do that, you will see how to get your referred data reports in JSON format.
Start by clicking on the top right icon and entering to your profile page:
Inside your profile page, locate the API access section and click on “Allow API” and you will be asked to confirm your password for security measures.
You will be redirected to a new screen where you will be able to re-enter your password for confirmation.
Once you get back to your profile click again on “Allow API” and you will see new options. But before going into them you must click con the “Yes” checkbox and save the changes at the bottom of the screen.
Once changed are saved. You’re ready to use the API access you just configured.
After saving you can go back to the API access section of your profile and when you click on the buttons for any of the reports you will be redirected to the URL that retrieves the data reports in JSON format for you to use it as you please.
In case you need, you can regenerate the hash parameter by clicking on the “Re-generate the hash” button. This will deactivate the current report URLs and generate new ones

In-app search is now updated with the new options
One of our favorite features to aid you get the best from all of our features is our search bar. And as we continued making improvements we have updated it to support the quick jump to our new settings.
4. Added “Calculate the deduction as Tax” as an option under the “Lower order price before calculating commission” setting
This came directly from user feedback. Thanks to a very positive and detailed email conversation we had with one of our users we defined the approach to support the scenario where you’re looking to make the deduction of the order amount as a tax.
Here’s an overview of how this feature works for your needs:
Set a percent or exact value that will be taken out of the order’s total before the affiliate’s commission is calculated.
For example: you are paying a credit card processing fee of 20%. If you set this value, then the affiliate’s commission will be calculated after the order’s total is lowered by 20%
<Example scenario: the setting is set to 20% and the order total is 90$>
The deduction is direct. From the 90$ order, 18$ are deducted for the 20% set.
Result: the 90$ order the total would be reduced to 72$ and then the affiliate’s commission would be calculated.
When *”Calculate deduction as Tax”* is checked then the percentage is treated as it was added to the original order value as a tax. Meaning that the 90$ order total was the result of a 75$ order + 15$ that were aggregated as a 20% tax.
Result: the 90$ order the total would be reduced to 75$ and then the affiliate’s commission would be calculated.
If you are enjoying these updates and find them helpful please let us know. We’ll be happy to hear about your satisfaction and any other awesome idea to make you feel more and more comfortable to enjoy our system.
